万方数据 万方数据 AbstractAbstract Abstract Abstract As the critical component of the screw compressor,Screw rotor working surface is a typical spiral surface which is formed by the spiral movement of the screw rotor profile．With the development of the advanced manufacturing technology and computer technology,Hi曲precision and rapid measuring technology of screw rotor profile shape，pitch，and spiral line have been developed rapidly．International advanced testing equipment and professional testing software has been quite mature． Screw detection technology is in the beginning stages in Our country,the testing equipment mainly rely on foreign imports． Under this background，aiming at accurately measuring screw compressor rotors， this thesis carried out research around”Research on Measurement and Error Evaluation of Screw Compressor Rotors”．The paper main contents are as follows： 1．According to the forming principle of the spiral surface，the mathematical n10del of screw rotor has been established．The first derivative and second derivative of吐1e screw rotor profile have been solved by curve fitting with cubic spline．Based on the differential geometry,the vector function expression of the screw rotor spiral surface has been provided，and the unit normal vector and curvature radius of the screw rotor iS derived． 2．The detection technology of the screw rotor has been studied，and the relationship among the different coordinate systems of the SCreW rotor measuring instrument has been analyzed．Probe radius selection and radius compensation have been researched． 3．The definition and calculation methods of pitch error,helix error and profile error of screw rotor have been presented．On this basis，combined with the characteristics of the SCreW rotor spiral surface，the measuring method， measure．trajectory and measuring process of the screw rotor errors have been provided． 4．A set of professional software to measure and evaluate screw compressor rotors errors has been developed，and the
