摘 要
随着新一轮基础教育改革实施的不断深入,课程的理念、结构、内容、实施、评价
和管理等方面已有了一定的突破和创新,与此同时对我国广大的初中教师及教育工作者
提出了新的要求和挑战。由于受传统的初中思想品德课学业评价诸多弊端的影响,当前
的学业评价工作存在着一定的困难和考验,初中思想品德课程学业评价还存在着评价机
制滞后、评价功能片面、评价主体单一等诸多问题,因此有必要对学业评价中存在的一
些问题进行反思,以充分发挥思想品德课的功能和地位。
本文对现行初中思想品德课学业评价的现状进行反思与分析,将以人为本的教育理
念作为理论指导,结合初中思想品德教学和评价实践, 试图构建一个形成性评价与终结
性评价相结合, 认知性评价和非认知性评价相结合,教师评价、家长评价与学生自我评
价、互动评价相结合的评价体系。通过评价实践证明,这一评价体系符合学生的发展需
求,有效发挥了思想品德课的教育功能。

ABSTRACT
Along with a new round basic education reformation unceasingly thorough ,curriculum concept,
structure, content and implementation, evaluation and management etc have certain breakthroughs and
innovation. In the meantime our junior high school teachers and education workers are put forward new
demands and challenges. As the effect of traditional academic evaluation thought moral education
evaluation drawbacks, the influence of the current academic evaluation exist certain difficulties and test.
The evaluation method of junior high school moral character education still exists some problems,such as
evaluation function, evaluation standards singleness of evaluation methods, education evaluation body
dislocation, so it is necessary to think about some problems of academic assessment, so as to give full
play to the function of moral character and status.
This paper analyses the current situation of the academic evaluation in junior high school. It make
