[键入文字] 青海师范大学教育学院 青海师范大学教育学院2014届毕业论文设计 农村小学生自我效能感的调查与研究 ——以大通县向化中学为例 专 业： 应用心理学 姓 名： 车辉霞 班 级： 10应用心理学 学 号： 20101011416 指导老师： 职 称： 完成日期：2014年5月13日 摘要：自我效能感本质是个体在特定情境中对自己的某种行为能力的自信程度,小学生的自我效能感对其学习活动，成就动机和人际关系建立具有重要的作用，会影响个体的自我评价，培养学生自我效能感应该从了解其自我效能感的建立开始分析原因，再选择相应对策。以大通县向化中心学校为例，考察小学生的自我效能感建立水平及影响因素，探讨了农村小学生的自我效能感，其中包括一般自我效能感、学业自我效能感、自我调节效能感等三方面。主要研究内容及结论如下： (1)从不同年级、性别、民族、学业平均成绩和母亲文化程度五个方面对小学生的自我效能感进行调查和研究，其中小学生的自我效能感存在显著的年级差异，三年级的自我效能感最强；小学生的自我效能感不存在性别和民族差异；学业平均成绩在70～80分的学生自我调节效能感较高，因为对自己的成功有更高的期待；母亲的文化程度对小学生的自我效能感没有影响。 (2)依据影响自我效能感的影响因素，从自我、学校教育、家庭教育及社度角 度提出以下策略：学生从自身的直接成功经验制定合理的学习目标；教师根据学生的实际能力为其制定难易相宜的任务，并抓住榜样示范的作用；家长和社会对学生要多鼓励，提供合理的引导。 关键词：小学生 自我效能感 自信 Abstract：Self-efficacy is essentially an individual in a particular situation in a certain behavior ability level of confidence in yourself, elementary students self-efficacy on the learning activity, achievement motivation and interpersonal relationship plays an important role, will affect the individual self evaluation, training students self-efficacy should be from the understanding of the established to analyze reasons of self-efficacy, and choose corresponding countermeasures. Necessary to the center of the school, for example, elementary students self-efficacy level and influencing factors, this paper discusses the rural elementary school students self-efficacy, including general self-efficacy, academic self-efficacy, self-efficacy of self-regulation and so on three aspects.
