PAGE - PAGE 4 - 摘 要 关风器是气力输送、真空输送系统中不可或缺的设备，它在压力输送系统中用作加料器，而在真空输送系统中又用作卸料器。面粉关风器用于面粉加工输送系统中的给料或排料。 本设计为面粉关风器，首先分析设计原始资料，明确产品的具体要求，并参考不同类型、结构的关风器，进行分析比较进而确定其总体方案，然后进行主要零部件的设计与计算，包括选择链条、链轮的设计、轴的设计、轴承的选取与计算，叶轮、壳体的设计等，并绘制关风器装配草图，经过多次修改检查绘制出装配图、部装图及零件图，提供了一套完整的关风器图纸。 在参考、分析国内外与关风器相关的一些文献的基础上，所设计的30L面粉关风器为叶轮式关风器，由YCJ系列齿轮减速电动机Y802-4驱动（此电动机由Y系列（IP44）电动机与齿轮减速器耦合而成，可直接输出低转速大扭矩），再经由滚子链传动带动关风器叶轮轴转动，使关风器工作。此叶轮式关风器主要部件为叶轮和圆筒形外壳。当叶轮缓慢转动时，物料落入两叶片之间的空隙中，并随之旋转至下端出口而排入输料管或料箱中，以实现进料或排料；关风器壳体采用铸造方式，叶轮有8片叶片，直接焊接在叶轮轴上，在叶片的两端采用端盖支撑，即带有侧面挡板形式。机器的进料口和排料口都采用圆形，可实现迅速进料和出料，叶片顶部与壳体之间的间隙为0.08mm，在进出料时此间隙大小不致于使漏气量太大，又不会导致叶片的磨损。 关键词 关风器 叶轮 防堵性 气密性 Abstract Closed wind pneumatic conveying，vacuum conveying system essential equipment，the wind，air locks or locking devices such as a variety of names，mainly used for pneumatic conveying system or nesting feeding，pneumatic conveying equipment is a kind of key equipment.
