PAGE 第 PAGE 1 页 共 NUMPAGES 12 页 农产品贸易中技术贸易壁垒的发展动向及对策分析 重庆工商大学融智学院 国际经济与贸易 2009级3班 指导教师 中文摘要：随着经济全球化的发展和世界贸易组织的建立，关税壁垒和一些传统的非关税壁垒在国际贸易中的地位逐渐削弱，世界经济正从“关税壁垒”时代走向“技术性壁垒”时代，我国作为农业大国，由于受到技术性贸易壁垒这一新兴调控手段的制约和影响，每年蒙受巨大经济损失，本文通过分析探讨在农产品贸易中技术性贸易壁垒对农产品出口的影响和发展动向，帮助农产品在出口贸易中如何应对技术贸易壁垒，尽可能地合理规避技术性贸易壁垒的限制，促进我国农产品出口贸易发展具有重大的现实意义，也是本文的研究目的所在。通过总结现有文献，归纳相关贸易理论，综合分析技术性贸易壁垒的发展动向，以及技术性贸易壁垒对我国农产品出口贸易的影响，提出了从政府到企业的应对策略，为解决现实问题提供可能性。 关键词：技术性贸易壁垒 农产品 发展动向 Abstract: Along with the development of economic globalization and the establishment of the world trade organization, tariff barriers and traditional non-tariff barriers gradually weaken in the position in international trade, world economy is moving from an era of tariff barriers to technical barriers era, our country as an agricultural country, due to technical barriers to trade the new control measures of restriction and influence, tremendous economic losses every year, in this paper, through an analysis on technical barriers to trade in agricultural products trade impact on the export of agricultural products and development trend, to help how to deal with technical barriers to trade in the export trade of agricultural products, and reasonable to circumvent restrictions, technical barriers to trade as much as possible to promote our country agricultural product export trade development has the significant practical significance, is also the purpose of this study. Through summarizing the existing literature, this paper summarized relevant trade theory, the developing tendency of the comprehensive analysis of technical barriers to trade, as well as the influence of the technical trade barriers on Chinese agricultural products export trade, put forward the coping strategies from government to enterprises, provides possibility to solve real problems.
