我国上市公司营运资金管理的现状问题及原因分析.doc

1 摘要 营运资金作为企业不可或缺的资金，有着流动性最大、变化最强，流转周期最短的特点，在一定程度上影响着企业资金的使用效率。所以，企业的资金管理是在企业经营及管理活动中，是至关重要的。上市公司对资金管理是否得当会直接关系到企业能够上市立足，企业的资金管理一旦出现问题，企业的投资、生产等活动就会受到影响。同时，上市营运资金的管理的好坏关系到企业价值的实现与否，是财务管理目标实现的重要环节。因此把握企业在营运资金的管理方面存在的问题及成因，给出合理对策，是非常必要的。 本文通过对我国上市公司营运资金的调查数据分析了我国上市营运资金管理的背景现状，引出存在的问题、以及根据相关中外文献资料及实际问题全方位分析出上市公司营运资金管理存在的问题的原因，从原因入手，多角度研究相关应对方案及对策，提出了加强营运资金管理的措施，期望使我国上市公司营运资金管理更加健全完美，使上市公司在全球经济一体化的大的环境背景下得到更好的发展。 关键词:上市公司；营运资金管理；财务管理 2 Abstract Working capital as the enterprise indispensable capital, has a maximum mobility strongest, change characteristics, transfer the shortest period, to some extent, affects the efficiency of enterprise funds.
