Materials Needed Hatching box, some cotton and straw, thermometer, heater, eggs. 4 Research Design / Procedure Choice fertilized eggs depending on their size, shape , weight and shell; Put eggs into box and wrapped them inside cotton and straw; Put cups of water around hatching box to keep appropriate humidity; Turn over eggs 6-8 times each day to change embryo direction and promote membrane movement. Observe eggs’ development for around 21 days, they can be hatched into chickens. 5 Observation and Data Collection Day 1-6 Eggs are put inside cotton and straw in a carton box. Box temperature at 38.5-38.0 degrees centigrade. Day 2 Beans have grown Ymm in day 2. Beans are rinsed and soaked in water… Room temperature at Y degrees centigrade Day 3 … 6 Conclusion and Findings Must choice fertilized eggs for hatching chickens. Hatching chickens depends much on the temperature and moisture. Under 38 degrees, eggs won’t be hatched from day 1 to day 6. Turning eggs directions at 15 angles slowly and steadily until 18 days. Eggs can be hatched if you are patient enough.
