校园绿色建筑实际使用效果分析 天津大学 王冉 孙昀灿 吕石磊* 摘要：“十三五”时期，国家大力推进建筑节能与绿色建筑发展，提高绿色建筑的能源 利用效率以及居住舒适度成为推进的重点。针对我国对校园绿色建筑研究较少的现状，本文 选取天津市某大学两栋教学楼为研究对象，其中一栋为绿色设计三星建筑，一栋为非绿色建 筑。通过主观问卷调研结合客观参数监测的后评估方法，探究绿色教学楼建筑实际的室内环 境质量，包括室内热环境、光环境、声环境以及室内空气品质以及能源消耗情况。对比两栋 教学楼的差异，并分析其具体原因。 Abstract During the 13th “Five-Year” plan period, the state vigorously promoted building energy-saving and green building.
