In this paper A golf driving range is a typical of small and medium-sized enterprises. If small and medium-sized enterprise want to rapid develop rapidly, the main way is financing. Operators hope financing process will be shorter and better, but investors must carefully understand enterprise to deciding whether to invest in it or not. In order to let investors judge as soon as possible, the enterprise must have a complete set of management analysis system, auxiliary investors understand enterprise.
