PAGE 7 应用Taguchi方法对库存控制风险决策的研究 摘 要 供货时效性和产品质量是销售企业库存控制风险的重要组成部分，也是目前国际管理学术界关注的热点研究问题之一。库存控制风险决策问题之所以能引起商业界和学术界的广泛关注，是因为它能给销售企业订购策略提供理论基础。因此，越来越多的研究学者致力于库存控制风险决策的研究。近几年来，研究者已经从经典EOQ模型的理想环境逐步走向现实应用，并取得了一系列的研究成果。但由于当今社会经济发展过快，使得影响库存控制风险的因素越来越多。所以，本文基于EOQ模型考虑供货时效性和产品质量对库存控制风险的影响。研究的主要内容如下： （1）给出EOQ模型，在允许短缺、短缺量部分拖后供给，且短缺期间损失率与实际缺货量成正比的情形下，研究有限计划期内部分短缺量拖后的多阶段易变质物品的库存问题并给出寻找最优订购策略的算法，进一步证明所给最优策略的存在唯一性和在该策略下费用函数取得最小值。. （2）应用Taguchi方法考虑产品质量价格服从指数分布的EOQ模型，分析年利润受产品质量的影响,并在模型中考虑了按Taguchi方法计算质量损失成本。通过研究发现运用Taguchi方法的年平均利润比经典EOQ模型中求得的结果低，而最优订购量要高于经典EOQ。最后指出了该模型在生产实际中的应用。 关键词：EOQ；最优订购；损失率部分短缺量拖后；缺陷产品；Taguchi成本 The research on the application of Taguchi method for inventory control risk decision-making Abstract Delivery timeliness and product quality are important parts of inventory control risk for selling enterprises, and also are the hot topics in the academic filed for international management at present. The reason why the problem of inventory control risk decision-making attracted extensive attention from business and academia is that it can provide theoretical basis for selling enterprise to make ordering managements. Therefore, more and more research scholars devote themselves to research on inventory control risk. In recent years, researchers have moved from the ideal environment of classical EOQ model to practical application gradually, and have made a series of achievements.
