壹品策划商学院 壹品策划商学院 毕 业 论 文我国跨境电子商务发展存在的问题及对策 毕 业 论 文 我国跨境电子商务发展存在的问题及对策 摘 要 由于我国跨境电子商务的迅猛发展，在其发展过程中存在着一些制约因素，本文通过对跨境电子商务的特征和我国跨境电子商务的发展历程现状进行分析，总结出的制约我国跨境电子商务发展的因素约社会文化、物流基础、跨境支付监管、营销以及海关关税退税几个方面，同时通过对比研究结合国内外事情，提出做市场调研、打造第三方物流企业、建立完善跨境支付平台、加强监管和出台相对应的海关关税政策几个方面的解决措施，以促进我国跨境电子商务的健康发展。 关键词： 跨境电子商务 跨境支付 第三方物流  Abstract Due to the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce in China, in its development process has some restriction factors, this paper analyzes the development and the current situation of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border e-commerce in China, summed up the factors restricting the development of Chinas cross-border e-commerce about social culture, logistics infrastructure, cross-border payment supervision the Customs Tariff refund, and marketing aspects, at the same time through the comparative study on the combination of domestic and foreign things, put forward to do market research, build the third party logistics enterprise, establish a perfect cross-border payment platform, strengthen the supervision and the introduction of the corresponding customs tariff policy aspects of the measures to promote the healthy development of Chinas cross-border e-commerce.
