天津医科大学硕士学位论文中文摘要 天津医科大学硕士学位论文 中文摘要 目的：检测高危型人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染的宫颈病变患者血清锌、白细胞 介素(IL)．2及IL．10的含量及组织中E2F1蛋白的水平，探讨上述因子间的关 系及与HPV清除的关系，了解四者在宫颈病变发生发展中的作用及临床意义。 方法：选取宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)I级组、CIN II级组各30例，CINIII 级及宫颈癌组各20例，均为高危型HPV感染。慢性宫颈炎患者30例，HPV(．)。 分别用原子吸收光谱法测定血清锌，酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)；测定IL一2及IL．10 水平，免疫组化法测定宫颈组织中E2F1蛋白的表达。 结果：(1)血清锌、IL．2的含量在CIN II级组、CIN III级组、宫颈癌组中逐级 降低，3组间比较差异均有统计学意义，以上3组分别与CIN I级、对照组比 较差异亦均有统计学意义(均P0．01)。宫颈癌组血清IL．10高于CIN各组， CIN III级组高于II级组，差异均有统计学意义(P0．05或P0．01)。组织中 E2FI蛋白的表达在宫颈癌组、CIN组及对照组间比较差异有统计学意义 (P0．005)，CIN各组内相比差异无统计学意义(PO．005)。(2)血清IL．2与 锌水平呈正相关(P0．05)。血清IL．2与IL．10水平、组织E2F1表达均呈负相 关(Po．05)。血清锌水平与组织E2F1表达呈负相关(P0．05)。 结论：高级别宫颈病变及宫颈癌患者中存在Thl／Th2的漂移，且随着病变的发展 这种漂移越来越明显，这种免疫的变化，可能影响了机体对HPV的清除。而机 体缺锌可能参与了这种变化。 关键词：锌白细胞介素2 白细胞介素10 E2F1转录因子乳头状瘤病毒科 宫颈上皮内瘤样病变宫颈肿瘤癌 天津医科大学硕士学位论文Abstract 天津医科大学硕士学位论文 Abstract Abstract Objective：Through objective the zinc、IL-2、IL一10 content in serum and E2F 1 in organization of cervical disease patients with the high-risk HPV infection，investigate it’S Clinical significance． Methods：Selected 1 30 cervical disease patients，including 30 CIN I、30 CIN II、 20CIN III and 20 cervical carcinoma丽tll 11i曲一risk HPV infection,30c11ronic cervicitis with HPV infection negetive．Detect Zn by Atomic absorption spectrometry and detected IL一2、IL-1 0 in their serum by ELISA．The expressions of E2F1 were detected by immunohistochemistry． Results：The content of Serttm zinc、IL．2，in the CIN II、CIN I／land cervical cancer were decrease were all significantly(p0．05)；the content of IL一1 0，in the CIN IIIand cervical cancer were decrease were all significantly(p0．05)；the compare of the expression ofE2F1，in the cllronic cervicitis、the CIN and cervical cancer were all significantly(pO．005)．IL-2’S levels and zinc’S in serum was positively correlated (p0．05)，，IL-2’S levels and IL一10 in serum wasnegatively correlated(p0．05)， IL-2’S levels and E2F 1’S in serum was negatively correlated(p0．05)． Conclusion：In the high—level cervical disease and cervical cancer，occurred the drift
