硕士学位论文 硕士学位论文 摘要 摘要 自主创新是高新技术企业发展的重要途径，而资金是企业进行自主 创新的关键。企业的RD项目不论规模大小或研发时间长短，必须有持 续充足的资金供给才能使RD项目得以顺利完成。但目前国内对RD融 资问题的研究却不多，特别是如何针对RD项目特征选择符合其资金需 求特性的融资模式，这一方面问题的研究更加缺乏。 论文在阐述了RD融资相关理论的基础上，首先从分析高科技企业 R＆D项目的特征入手，探究了不同类型R＆D项目的资金需求特点。据此 而指出，由于RD项目的类型不同，其对资金的需求特点的差异决定了 解决资金来源的融资渠道也不尽相同。同时，不同RD项目受自身条件 的限制，资金的使用成本与融资风险也是不同的，企业应根据所进行的 RD项目特征与自身的融资条件的限制来选择融资模式。论文并对影响 企业RD资金投入的影响因素和RD融资障碍进行了全面分析。通过以 上研究，在探讨了RD资金需要量测定方法的同时，构建了基于项目特 征的融资模式，并较为全面地提出了一系列建立融资保障制度的建议。 论文最后以某公司的RD项目融资为例，探讨了论文所构建的融资模式 的应用。论文的研究目的旨在为解决高新技术企业RD项目融资问题提 供有意义的参考和借鉴。 关键词RD项目，资金需求特征，融资模式，融资保障制度 硕士学位论文 硕士学位论文 摘要 ABSTRACT The independent innovation is the important way in which the hi曲一tech enterprises develops，but the fund is the key of the enterprise to carriy on the independent innovation．No matter the scale and the time length of the RD project,it must have continues and sufficient fund supplies to enable the RD project completed smoothly．However,at present domestic research about the R＆D project financing question is little， specially the research aim at the the RD project’S character,which is more deficient． On the base of discussing the financing correlative theories，the paper f analyzes the RD project’s character of the high tech enterprise,then inquked into the character for different types of RD project calling for fund。According to the above pointed 0U‘because the project type is different,the fund demand is different and the financing channel is dependent on this diffenerce．Meanwhile，with the own limitation of different project,the fund’S using cost and the financing risk also is different, the enterprise should act according to the RD project characteristic and its own financing condition to choose the financing pattern．This paper also analyse the influentialce factors that affected the enterprise’s RD fund investment and the the RD fi
