It is a process of development.Marxs Thoughts of Justice use materialist dialectics to guide research and practice, put the course of human history, emphasize the critical, scientific, practical of justice, reflect the great changes.The dilemma of the Chinese justice is due to do not understand social justice and lack of justice in the real world.Marxs Thoughts of Justice has the important world outlook and the methodology significance to construct the system of Chinese characteristic socialism harmonious social justice,which is the cornerstone to construct the socialism harmonious society.Building a socialist harmonious society under the Marxs thoughts of justice, the entry point is to foster the concept of the cultural soil of justice,the fundamental point is develop productive forces,and the focus is to strengthen the system of justice building.
