Descriptive words and unattainable goals should be leave out. 3.The name should be commonly used in the international market. 4.The classification of the commodity should be found in “ HS”. If it is a local name ,a consensus must be reached in advance. 5.For the denomination of a new commodity, common practice should be considered.
