摘要 高校党外知识分子是高校教学工作的重要组成部分，他们在学校承担大量 的教学和科研任务，学术和社会活动。有效地协调党外知识分子的相关利益关 系，充分调动他们的积极性，主动性和创造性，激发其工作热情和潜力，做好 团结工作并使他们积极投身到高校的各项工作和建设中来，高校的和谐和科学 发展才能更好实现。高校是优秀人才和人才培养的重要基地，改革开放之后， 不少高校党外知识分子走出书斋，自觉地把学术研究和经济建设需要相结合， 促进科研成果向生产力转化，创办了一批产学研相结合的科技型企业和高科技 园区，对我国的经济建设起到了重要作用。伴随着不断加快发展的全球化发展 形势，以及对外开放深入进行和教育体制改革向纵深发展，高校党外知识分子 的统战工作体系发生了一些变化。我们必须以科学发展观为指导，采取积极的 态度来做这项工作，努力掌握动态，把握规律，找出方法。本文基于对该问题 发展状况的深入分析，以高校非党内知识分子工作体系中出现的新问题为切入 点，制定出科学有效的解决之法，以期对今后的研究工作产生一定的参考作用。 关键词：高校；党外知识分子；统战；现状；原因；对策 I 万方数据 Abstract The non-party intellectuals from colleges are the important parts of college educational work. They are responsible for abundant educational and scientific research, as well as academic and social activities. The harmony and scientific development can only be realized by efficient negotiation with the non-party intellectuals’related interests, sufficient activation of their enthusiasm, initiative and creation, so as to provoke their working enthusiasm and potentials. The work for union should also be done to make their actively participate all the projects and constructions of college. Colleges are the significant base for the excellent talents and the cultivation of talents. After the reformation and opening up, many non-party intellectuals from colleges go out from their study, combining the academic research with the economic construction self-consciously, to promote the conversion of the achievements in scientific research to productivity, they established a lot
