Department of Acupunctue-moxibustion , Tianjin, 300381) Abstract Objective To summarize the modern literature of acupuncture treatment of in Cervicogenic headache prescription law and provide guidance for the clinical．Methods Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) involving acupuncture and Moxibustion for the Treatment of Cervicogenic headache were identfied from CBM (1978 to 2012), VIP (1989 to 2012), Wanfang Database (1998 to 2012), CNKI (1979 to 2012), PubMed (1966 to 2012), EMbase (1980 to 2012), established the literature database of acupuncture treatment of in Cervicogenic headache acupoints information including frequently used acupoints and their distribution in 14 meridians and ot her parts of the body．Results I n 42 points from 37 papers，Fengchi(GB 20)、Jingjiaji(EX-B2)、Baihui(DU 20)、Tianzhu(BL 9)、Ashixue are mostly used.．The majority of them are belong to Gallbladder Meridian of Foot -shaoyang, Bladder Meridian of Foot -taiyang，DU meridian.．They are usually focus on head, neck and upper limb．Specific Points which are used most often are Eight confluence points and Contact point. Acupuncture prescriptions are mostly composed of multiple points ．Acupuncture method mainly followed by Needle method, Secondly electro-acupuncture needles.Conclusion The modern acupuncture treatment of in Cervicogenic headache focus on acupoints along meridians，and also pay attention to the Specific Points． Acupoints selection is
