Vol. 29, No. 3 doi:10.3969/j.issn.1003-6350.2018.03.022 ·论 著· 雄激素相关肝腺瘤CT 及MRI 表现 隗功华，张哲，马华林 (廊坊市中医医院CT 室，河北 廊坊 065000) 【摘要】 目的 评价螺旋CT 和磁共振（MRI ）对雄激素相关肝腺瘤的诊断价值。方法 收集2009 年12月至 2017 年6 月在廊坊市中医医院行螺旋CT 和MRI 检查的22 例经病理证实的肝腺瘤患者的影像检查资料，对其进行 回顾性分析。结果 18例(18/22)患者行CT 检查，2 例单发肝腺瘤增强扫描动脉期中度及明显强化者各1例，延时 期均呈低密度。 16例多发肝腺瘤148个病灶中动脉期无明显强化者9个，轻度强化者11个，中度强化者85个，明显强 化者43 个；延时期呈低密度者122，呈等密度者26 个。5例(5/22)患者行MRI 检查，增强扫描动脉期无强化者1个，轻度 强化者17个，中度强化者4 个，明显强化者40 个，延时期呈低信号者40 个，略高信号者22 个。结论 雄激素相关肝腺 瘤影像表现具有一定特征，螺旋CT 和MRI 扫描结合临床特点，对其诊断有重要价值。 【关键词】 电子计算机断层扫描；磁共振扫描；雄激素；肝腺瘤 【中图分类号】 R735.7 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】 1003—6350（2018 ）03—0372—04 Androgen-related hepatic adenoma: the CT and MRI findings. Methods The CT and MRI data of 22 hepatic adenoma patients who were proved by pathology in Langfang TCM Hospital between December 2009 and June 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among the 22 patients, 18 had CT scan. The 2 cases of simple hepatic adenoma showed moderate enhancement in one case and strong enhance- ment in one case at arterial phase, and were both hypodense at delayed phase. In the 16 cases of multiple hepatic adeno- mas (148 lesions), there were 9 lesions of no enhancement, 11 lesions of slight enhancement, 85 lesions of moderate en- hancement, 43 lesions of strong enhancement at arterial phase, with 122 lesions of hypointensity and 26 lesions of isoin-
