PAGE PAGE 15 关于西安曲江文化产业园区发展的问题分析 学生姓名：李文嘉 孙佳慧 指导老师：沈映春 摘要 近年来我国加快转变经济增长方式，大力发展第三产业，各地也依托本地优势建立文化产业园区，拉动当地经济发展。西安作为一个历史文化名城，拥有丰富的历史文化资源，尤其以大唐文化享誉国内外。西安曲江文化产业园区依托区域内唐大雁塔等众多人文遗存，以文化旅游为主导产业，以市场化、科技化为手段，以曲江文化产业投资集团为投融资平台，整体规划创新，集约开发运作，使曲江文化产业快速发展，带动了该地区乃至整个西安地区的投资、就业和公共服务，对西安经济的发展起到了重要的推动作用。本文通过实地考察和文献研究，了解到西安曲江文化产业园区的发展现状,分析其发展中存在的一些问题并提出相应的政策建议。 关键字：文化创意产业，产业园区，发展模式 Analysis about the Development of Xian Q Author:Li Wenjia Sun Jiahui Tutor:Shen Yingchun Abstract In recent years ,China is accelerating the transition of economic development mode,and developing the tertiary industry.All parts of the country built industry parks according to the local advantages,which stimulated local economy Xian as a historical and cultural traditions, has rich cultural history of resources,especially in the Tang dynasty culture and prestigious.There are lots of places of interest at Qujiang in Xi’an province,such as the Dayan Tower and so on.In Qujiang,cultural tourism industry as the leading,the means of market-oriented and technological as the way,the Qujiang culture industry investment group as the platform of investment.Thanks to the overall planning and the intensive exploitation, the cultural industries of Qujiang developed rapidly. The investment, employment and public service of Qujiang and the whole area have been promoted.In the meantime,Qujiang industry park has played an important role in the development of Xi’an The project was access to the information and relevant documents in the area ,carried out field work to the survey, conducted interviews to the civilians and visitors.We knew about Xian Qujiang’s development of a new status quo. And with the other domestic regions of the successful cases, we analysed the existing problems of the development in Qujiang. At last,we put forward some suggestions to promote the development of local economy and cultural industries better and faster.
