However, Few emphasis has been paid on the connotation of zoology resources. There are too much artificial scenery spots. As a resault, the development of ecotourism of this scenery has been apparently obstacled for a long time. It has been a valuable question for discussion that how to cultivate and develop natural and human resources according to the basic conception of natural Taoism, then to promote the unstainable development of the scenery spot. On the basis of discussing the theoretical significance of ecotourism, this paper probes into the development tendency of the international ecotourism, as well as some problems existing in development of Longhu Mountain ecotourism. SWOT method is used to clarify the opportunities and challenges of the development of Longhu Mountain. Overall orientation and arrangement plan that contains One line, two wings, two centers, and six regioiislias been made. That is, Luxi river in Longhu Mountain is to be regarded as a line, eastern and western zoology as two wings, Shangqing town and Longhusan town as two centers. Strategic objective has been definituded to build tourising relexable backyard garden, and to estabish ecotourism brand, in which Longhu Mountain will be built as a good place to keep healthy and relaxable. System is to be made to gurantee the realization of the objective. Plans as leading guiders is to arrange the connotation and development of ecosystem of the scenery spot. The relationship between residents and travellers will be tackled appropriately to combine the industrial development,residential receipt enhancement, and development of scenery spot together.
