PAGE PAGE 2 毕业设计（论文） 题目：肿瘤热疗法 院（部）系 所 学 专 业 年级、班级 完成人姓名 指导教师姓名 专业技术职称 2013 年 6 月 10 日 PAGE 1 毕业设计（论文） PAGE 1 摘要 随着社会的发展，肿瘤在无形当中已经成为危害人类生命的最大元凶。目前，治疗肿瘤的方法有手术，放疗，化疗和免疫疗法。针对肿瘤的治疗手段有很多，但最基本也是最主要的仍是手术联合放疗和化疗。探索新的、毒副作用小的治疗方法，是目前肿瘤治疗亟待解决的问题之一。 肿瘤热疗法是继它们之后的第五大疗法，因具有无创或微创被广泛应用。肿瘤热疗法是利用各种把肿瘤组织加热至超过其耐热温度一定时间以杀死肿瘤细胞，或者加热使肿瘤细胞的蛋白质短时间达到其凝固温度使其致死。 设计在充分了解肿瘤热疗现状的基础上，参考了大量的相关文献，运用所学的知识对肿瘤热疗法进行研究与改进，本论文围绕肿瘤热疗法的原理、肿瘤热疗中的无创监测技术以及肿瘤热疗法的手术系统规划展开研究。重点介绍了超声测温的主要方法、超声无创监测技术在肿瘤热疗中的应用、微波热疗法手术规划系统的设计，为以后临床的应用提供了方便。 关键词： 肿瘤热疗法;超声测温;超声无创监测技术;微波热疗法手术 Abstract With the development of the society, the tumors in intangible has become a danger to the biggest killer of human life. At present, the methods for the treatment of cancer are surgery, radiation therapy, chemotherapy and immunotherapy. For cancer treatment has a lot of, but the most basic is also the most main is still surgery combined radiotherapy and chemotherapy. To explore new treatment method, small side effects, is currently one of the problems urgently to be solved in tumor treatment. Tumor thermal therapy is the fifth largest therapy following behind them, because it is noninvasive or minimally invasive is widely used. Tumor thermal therapy is the use of various of the tumor tissue heating to exceed its heat-resistant temperature for a certain period of time in order to kill the tumor cells, or heating the protein short time of tumor cells to the solidification temperature make it to death.
