PAGE 4 PAGE II X X X X 大 学 毕业设计 题 目 年产600万平米瓷质墙地砖生产线联合车间工艺初步设计 学 院 材料科学与工程学院 专业班级 无机非金属材料工程 学生姓名 指导教师 成 绩 2010年 5 月 20 日 齐齐哈尔大学毕业设计（论文） PAGE I 摘 要 本设计题目为：年产600万平方米瓷质墙地砖生产线联合车间初步设计。设计过程中较详细的介绍了800×800mm规格地砖的生产线联合车间生产工艺，对各个工序均进行了严格的论证，对生产过程中所需要选用的主要设备的工作原理及选型原则也进行了充分的说明。本设计以技术先进、经济合理、节约能源为原则，在查阅了各种文献资料，进行市场调研后进行车间工艺设计。本设计具有自动化程度高，劳动生产率高，经济效益高等优点。本课题为普通建筑陶瓷的生产线设计，为了使所生产的陶瓷砖更加具有市场竞争力，在原料的选择及工艺控制方面提出了更高的要求因此这将成为本课题的难点。在原料选择方面本设计将采用依托厂址交通便利的优势采用最优化的原料配制。这将有效保证产品的硬指标。在工艺控制方面，本设计将采用先进的陶瓷生产设备、工艺及质量检验方式。 关键词：建筑陶瓷；联合生产车间；工艺设计 Abstract The Initial craft design of the raw material workshop in the factory producing 6000 000 square meters structural ceramics introduces in Joint Section of the preliminary designworkshop production process of the 800×800 mm standard floor tile strict proof has been carried on each working procedure in the raw material after it’s entering the plant, and full explanation has been taken on the working and the shaping principle of the major equippment needed during the production process. This design takes the technological advance the practical economy and energy saving energy as a principle, I have consulted each kind of theoretical materials,and after carrying on some market investigation and study, and I finally made the design. This design has the merit of high in automaticity, labor productivity and economic efficiency. This topic is about the design of ordinary architectural ceramic production line. In order to make the production of ceramic market more competitive, the selection of raw material and process control puts forward higher requirements so it will become the difficult of this topic. In material selection, it will use in the advantage of site traffic convenience by optimization of raw material makes up. This will effectively guarantee the product of hard Numbers.
