PAGE PAGE PAGE I 家族式中小企业融资困境研究 【摘要】在我国，家庭和家族作为一种古老而传统的经营方式一直在经济中占有重要地位。近几年来我国经济进入发展的黄金时期，出现了一大批家中小企业，在这里八成以上的企业都是家族式企业。家族企业随着中国经济也一起进入发展的黄金时期。但是由于家族企业的一些内质性特征,其对控制权具有强烈偏好，并存在风险规避的倾向。通常家族式中小企业的融资被认为与新优序融资理论相符,内源融资比例较高，在众多外源融资渠道中偏好债务融资。本文通过对家族式中小企业融资行为研究，从融资现状、融资问题、融资困境影响等多个方面分析家族式中小企业融资困境这一问题，提出一些建议，以期待改善我国家族式中小企业融资的内、外部环境，缓解融资困境。 【关键词】家族企业；融资困境；家族控制 PAGE PAGE III Family-owned Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Financing Difficulties Research Abstract：In our country,family and the family as a kind of the old traditional mode of operation has been occupies an important position in the economy.With the rapid development of our countrys economy,a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises are developed rapidly which more than 80%of the enterprises are family-owned businesses.Family enterprises in the rise of China has become irrefutable fact.Due to the control of family-owned business has strong preference of control right and risk aversion tendency,family-owned small and medium-sized enterprise financing behavior generally more in line with the new picking order theory,namely companies preference of endogenous financing,in external financing preference of creditors rights financing.Through in this paper,the family-owned small and medium-sized enterprise financing behavior research,analysis of family-owned small and medium-sized enterprise financing present situation,the financing problems and the reasons,to look forward to improve Chinas family-owned small and medium-sized enterprise financing internal and external environment,build a scientific and reasonable financing environment system,and hope to provide reference for enterprises to choose more appropriate way of financing,alleviate the financing difficulties.
