The results show that when the vehicle speed is about 45km/h袁 the excitation frequency of the wheel is close to the natural frequency of the cab and the first-order modal of the vehicle frame袁 which leads to the resonance. Improvement proposals for the excitation source causing abnormal vibration of the cab are proposed袁 which eliminate the abnormal vibration phenomenon and provide an effective fault diagnosis process for such problem.
