Experimental group was accpected a small dose of levothyroxine (daily 8?9ug/kg). The control group received no treatment Result: Experimental group withdrawal a month after 2 to 3 years, Ultrasound, ECT showing normal development of the thyroid, bone age is normal, developmental quotient (DQ) averaged 105.3 plusmn; 15.3, compared with the control group, the differenee was not statistically significant (Pgt; 0.05). 1-year follow?up after treatment, serum T3, T4, TSH is normal.
