PAGE 运筹学在企业管理中的应用 摘要：作为一门综合性的学科，运筹学正在为全球性和高层次的问题提供定量和定性分析，科学评估各种决策方案。企业管理是运筹学的源头，运筹学的思想贯穿了企业管理的全过程。它能在企业战略管理、生产计划、市场营销、运输问题、库存管理、财务会计、售后服务等方面都发挥重要的作用。本文先分析了运筹学在企业管理整个过程各阶段不同部分应用的可行性，然后简单介绍了运筹学的理论基础，最后，运用运筹学方法对生活中的企业管理问题进行了解决，说明运筹学的应用贯穿在企业管理中的每个环节。 关键词：运筹学；企业管理；实例；分析；建模 The application of operations research in enterprise management Abstract：As an integrated discipline, operations research is to provide quantitative and qualitative analysis of global and high-level issues, scientific assessment of the decision-making scheme. Operations Research is the source of enterprise management, operations research ideas throughout the whole process of business management. It can play an important role in corporate strategic management, production planning, marketing, transportation issues, inventory management, financial accounting, service and other aspects. This article first analyzes the feasibility of the application of operations research in different parts of the enterprise management throughout all stages of the process, and then a brief introduction to the theoretical basis of operational research, and finally, the use of operations research methods in life business management issues were resolved, indicating that operations research applications throughout every aspect of business management.
