辽宁省 英语 第35讲　定语从句 辽宁中考各地市对状语从句的考查主要集中在时间、原因和条件状语从句上。尤其应当注意当主句为一般将来时，时间和条件状语从句应用一般现在时。 初中阶段常见状语从句用法见下表： 注意： ①在条件和时间状语从句中应用一般现在时态表示将来。 ②though与but；because与so不能同时用在同一个句子中。 ③while引导时间状语从句时，从句中的谓语动词必须是延续性动词。 ④too…to与so…that与enough to do sth.之间可互换。 ⑤if条件状语从句可与“祈使句＋and/or”互换。如： If we dont hurry，well miss the train.如果我们不快点的话，我们将错过火车。 ＝Hurry up，or well miss the train.快点，否则我们将错过火车。 【例1】 Making friends is not easy.Sometimes it can take years ________ you become true friends with someone.(2014，盘锦) A．before B．after C．because D．unless 【解析】考查连词的辨析。句意“交朋友不容易。有时你与某人成为朋友________要花费很多年的时间。”before在……之前；after在……之后；because因为；unless除非。结合句意可知，在成为朋友之前，花费很多年时间。 答案：____ A 【例2】—You bought the car about ten years ago? —Yes.________ its old，it still runs well.
