摘要 注塑模具是塑料工业中增长最快的工业门类之一，而注塑模具是其中发展较快的种类，因此，研究注塑模具对了解塑料产品的生产过程和提高产品质量有很大意义。本文讨论了应用Pro/E微机辅助设计螺纹盖注塑模具的设计方法， 介绍了注射成型的基本原理, 特别是双分型面注射模具的结构与工作原理。 注塑成型是热塑性塑料成型的主要方法之一， 本设计进行了螺纹盖的注塑模设计，对模具结构与注射机的匹配进行了校核； 对零件结构进行了工艺分析； 确定了分型面、浇注系统等； 选择了注射机； 简单计算了成型零部件的尺寸； 并用AUTOCAD绘制了一套模具装配图，介绍了装配图中各部分的名称，简要说明了此模具的工作过程。如此设计出的结构可确保模具工作运用可靠。通过本设计，可以对注塑模具有一个初步的认识，注意到设计中的某些细节问题，了解模具结构及工作原理。 关键词：注塑模；型腔；分型面；浇注系统；注塑机。 Abstract Injection mould plastic industry is the fastest growing industrial categories, one of injection mold is one of the types of the fast development, therefore, the study to understand plastic injection mold production process and improve the quality of products has great significance.
