湖南工业大学本科生毕业设计（论文） 湖南工业大学本科毕业设计（论文） PAGE PAGE 1 湖南工业大学本科毕业设计（论文） PAGE PAGE I 摘 要 颚式破碎机作为一种较为传统的破碎设备，由于它具有简单、制造容易、工作可靠、维修很方便、适应性比较强等优点，自问世以来，广泛应用于矿山、化工、水泥等工业部门，在金属矿山中，它主要用于对坚硬或中硬矿石进行中碎或粗碎。而复摆式因其动颚轨迹分布合理、生产能力高、结构更简单等优点得到了更多亲睐。 本设计分析了破碎机现在的发展情况和复摆颚破工作和存在的意义及复摆颚破结构尺寸对破碎性能的影响，设计计算了的机构参数，设计内容主要包括复摆颚式破碎机的动颚、轴承盖、偏心轴、小V带轮、机架、大V带轮、飞轮等一些重要部件；还对颚式破碎机工作情况的原理和特点以及主要部件的作用作了介绍，涵盖了保险装置、调整装置、机架结构等；同时对机器的参数（主轴转速、生产能力、破碎力、功率等）作了计算。此外，对破碎的意义、破碎工艺和破碎比的计算作了简单介绍。 ? 关键词：复摆式，颚式破碎机，粗碎 PAGE PAGE 1 PAGE PAGE 2 ABSTRACT Jaw crusher is a more traditional crushing equipment, because it has the advantages of simple, easy to manufacture, reliable work, convenient maintenance, adaptability is strong, since its inception, widely used in mines, chemical, cement and other industrial sectors, in metal mines.
