Objectives:
1. Instructional objectives
Students can master the usage of important words and phrases(enter, choice, support,get in the way of, achieve one’s dreams, have nothing against, make one’s own decisions, be serious about, spend time on, have a chance of) and sentence structures(only+状语,倒装句)
2. Educational objectives
1) Students can get the main idea of the passage without knowing exactly every word’s meaning and they can guess the meaning from the context.
2) Students should realize that we must be ourselves and be brave enough to express ourselves, but at the same time, we can’t ignore that our parents sometimes say no to our decisions just out of love. So we should learn to deal with it wisely.
3. Personal objectives
1) I can explain the important phrases and sentence structures clearly and make it understood easily by my students.
2) I can guide my students to make decisions wisely.
