Revision of the usage of participles

Teaching aims
To review the basic knowledge of Past participles and Present participles, such as their active and passive forms and their differences when they are used as Attributive, predicative,adverbial and complement. Make students choose
the correct form of participles by analyzing relationship between the Non?predicate verb and the related noun, as well as the relationship between the Non predicate verb an the?predicate verb in the principle clause.
Analysis of the learning situation of the students
In junior middle school, students have contacted some participles, but still can not use this grammar correctly in the translation exercises.The teaching activities, such as learning mode through research, the creation of the sit-uation require all the students to be active in all the team cooperation, and use the learned language to get to know the usage of the participles.
Teaching difficulties
Through the creation of scenarios and talk of the language activities, help students to consolidate the knowledge of the grammar, and practice the simple expression about the participles. According to the actual situation , I only intend to help students master the ability to choose the right participle by judging the different situations in this class.
Teaching methods
Different effective methods are used in class,including the comparative method.
Teaching procedures
Step 1 Review the Grammar compositions and let the studentsknow that the participles can be used as different parts in different sentences.
Step 2 participles used as attributive
Eg.Do you know the crying boy?The report is about the polluted water.Do you know the boy crying under the tree?The students are discussing a book written by LuXun.?The meeting held last week is very important.Tell the children playing there not to make so much noise.Step 3 participles used as predicative.
Eg.The news is exciting.
