东源县民族中学集体备课 主备教师 刘运果 年级 七年级(2)班  学科 英语  教学内容 Unit 10 I’d like some noodles Section B(2a-2c) Birthday Food Around the World 教材分析 本话题主要以Birthday Food Around the World并结合相关的生日食物单词和生日活动的短语展开教学。目的是让学生通过阅读短文,明白即使世界各地国家生日食物和活动未必一样,但表达的意义都是相同的,都是希望给过生日的人带来好运和长寿。 为了提高学生的英语阅读能力,我将英语阅读方法和做题技巧渗透在相关的阅读步骤和题型教学中。由浅入深,循序渐进地将英语阅读策略一步步的教授给学生,并引导学生正确理解、灵活的掌握相关所学内容。 学情分析 学生都为初一级学生,个性活泼好动,对游戏、音乐、竞争特别感兴趣,但基础相对较差,出现两极分化现象。对英语阅读理解多数带有畏惧心理,对英语阅读方法和做题技巧更是处于半知不解的状态。 为此教学以表扬为主,通过游戏、音乐和小组竞赛等系列教学活动来展开教学,注重培养学生对英语阅读学习的兴趣,鼓励他们多说、多做、多练。争取让全班学生都积极踊跃的参与到课堂上来。 教学目标 语言目标: 1.Words and expressions: Learn and understand the key words and expressions(around the world,answer,different,cake,blow out the candle, make a wish, the UK,get popular…). 2.Sentence patterns: the students will be able to use “would like” to express their need for food. 能力目标: To know different birthday food around the world; 2.Be able to understand and master the reading strategy. 情感目标:To train students’ ability of listening and reading food traditions. 教学重点 To know different birthday food around the world; 教学难点 To improve Students’ reading ability. 教学方法 communicative teaching methods, group-working methods, reading methods. 教学准备 computer,multimedia course-ware, blackboard…etc.  课时安排 One period  教学过程设计 (第 1 课时) steps Teachers’ Activities Students’ Activities Purposes Step1 Warming-up Sing an English song Happy Birthday To You. Stand up ,sing the English song and clap their hands together. To review the words we have learned and made a situation to lead-in the article. Step2 Lead-in Show some questions about birthday and ask the students to make a discussion. Watch the questions and tell what do they do or eat on birthday?(group work) To learn some new words and expressions relevant to the text. Step3 Scanning Fast-reading Step 4 Detail-reading 1.What’s the main idea of the article? 2.Underline and translate the phrases. 3.Read the passage again Write (T) or (F) 1.Ask G3 and G4 students to read the second paragraph, G1 and G2
