七年级下Unit 9 Section A 第一课时教案 安岳县驯龙镇建设九年义务教育学校：郭兰香 教材分析 本课是初一新教材第9单元的第一部分，教材内容围绕着描述人的外貌特点展开，让学生学会谈论人的身高、体重、及发型。本课的教学内容与学生的实际生活密切相关，易于引发学生运用简单的英语进行交际和交流。在学习活动中，学生能通过交换对不同人物的描述及看法，促进学生之间和师生之间的情感交流，增进情谊。 二、教学目标： 1、知识目标： 描述人的外貌，运用下列简单句型进行交际交流： What does he /she look like? He’s/ She’s tall./short… He / She has straight hair/long hair… 2、能力目标： （1）、能抓住人物的主要特征来描述人物的外貌，并根据描述画出人像。 （2）、能概括人物的外貌特征并根据人物特征推理出某一人物。 3、情感目标： 通过描述同学、教师或自己的偶像的外貌，表达自己的看法，使学生在人际交往中学会尊重和理解别人，学会交换不同的看法，了解他人的爱好，增进情谊。 三、教学重点及难点 1、教学重点：掌握并运用描述人物特征的词汇： tall, short, medium height----身高特征 thin, heavy, a medium build-----体重特征 short hair, curly hair, long hair, straight hair, black hair, blonde hair, brown hair---发型特征 2. 教学难点：is 和 has 的正确运用。 四、教学过程： Step 1 Lead in 1. Today, we will study how to ask and describe people’s looks. Then we can describe our friends, classmates and parents. 2. 出示学习目标． Step 2 New Words and New Language 出示图片，观察人物特征；出示词语，学生复述． 问：What does she/he look like? 引导学生回答：She has short / long hair. 或　He is heavy / of medium height. (ect.) (扫除学生的语言障碍，激发学生的学习兴趣，通过活动让学生感知、操练语言，为下一步活动做好铺垫。) Step 3 New Lessons 教学1a. 学生独立完成匹配，利用多媒体检查答案。 教学1b. Listen, fill in the blanks。 Find out the person in the picture。 Show five pictures, and students describe the persons. (巩固新词汇、新句型。) 教学2a. Ask three students to read the questions. Play the recording the first time, students only listen. Play a second time. After listening, answer the questions. 4. Check the answers. 四、教学2b. Point out the chart to the class. Play the recording the first time. Students fill in the columns under “is”. Play a second time. Students fill in the columns under “has”. Check the answers like this: Ask: What does David look like? Answer: He is tall, he’s heavy, and he has curly hair. (ect.) Step 3 Discuss 小组讨论：描述人的外貌时，什么时候用动词 be，什么时候用have/has ？ 　 小结： 用be 动词的：　tall, short, heavy, thin, fat, of medium height, of medium, build , bald (秃头的)　（描述身高和体形） 用have/has的：l
