( ) 22 1 58 - 62 　　　　　　　中国生物防治 　Chinese Journal of Biological Control 　　　　　　　2006 年 2 月 致病杆菌 D43 菌株产素培养基及发酵条件 杨秀芬 , 邱德文 , 焦宁宁 , 刘 　峥 , 袁京京 ( 中国农业科学院农业环境与可持续发展研究所 , 北京 　100081) 摘要 : 对致病杆菌产生抗生素的发酵培养基和发酵条件进行了研究 , 同时对该菌代谢过程 p H 值 、还原糖 、总糖 、氨基氮与抗生素产量的关系进行了分析 。通过筛选 , 确定了对该菌产素有 ( 利的碳源 、氮源和无机盐 。用正交试验初步确定了该菌产素的最佳发酵培养基和条件为 g/ L) : 麦芽糖 5g ,牛肉胨 10g ,牛肉膏 5g ,CaCl2 5g , KNO3 02g 。发酵培养基的起始p H 值在 60～ 80 、种龄 16h 、摇瓶装量 25～150ml/ 500ml 的条件下 ,培养 72h 可获得较高的抗生素产量 。产素 量与菌代谢过程中p H 、还原糖 、总糖和氨基氮的变化有一定关系 。通过培养基和培养条件的 研究使该菌的产抗生素能力提高了4667 % 。 关 　键 　词 : 致病杆菌 ; 灰霉病 ; 抗生素 ; 培养条件 ( ) 中图分类号 : S4364 1213 ;S4768 　文献标识码 : A 　文章编号 : 2006 Cultural Medium and Fermentation Conditions of Xenorhabdus sp. D43 strain were studied . The relationship s between antibiotic activity and p H , reducing sugar , total sugar , aminonitrogen in pro cess of fermentation were analyzed . The optimal medium was maltose 05 % , peptone 10 % , beef ex tract 05 % , CaCl2 05 % and KNO3 002 %. Stock cultured for 16 h and primary p H of medium ranged from 60 to 80 , fermentation for 72 h were of benefit to the yield of antibiotic . The p H , reducing sugar and total sugar in process of fermentation were related to the antibiotic yields. The yield of antibiotic in creased to 4667 % compared with the basic medium.
