新目标七年级（下）Unit5 Why do you like pandas?教学设计 教学对象：七年级学生???????? 教学设计：石绪海 教学内容分析 本单元是七年级下册第五单元。本节课是本单元的第一课时，是听说课，以听说为主，为下一节课的听力做好铺垫。七年级学生经过一个多学期的中学英语学习生活，他们已经学过由why,where,what等引导的特殊疑问句，具有了学习本单元知识的认知前提，学生比较容易接受新的知识。 本单元许多有关动物的信息能激发学生的好奇心，使学生产生了解它们的强烈欲望，有利于本课的教学和学生学习兴趣的培养。 教学目标分析 语言知识目标 Words:panda,zoo,tger,elephant,koala,lion,giraffe,animal,cute,lazy,smart,beautiful. Drills:---Let’s see the pandas first- ----Why do you want to see the pandas? ----Because they’re cute. ----Why does he like the koalas? 语言技能目标 a.使学生训练谈论自己喜爱的动物并给出理由。 b.使学生谈论自己喜爱的其他东西并给出理由。 3．情感目标 a.培养学生自觉保护动物的意识。 b.能在小组活动中积极与他人合作，发扬协作精神。 三、教学重点、难点分析 教学重点： 1.熟练用一些动物的词汇谈论自己最喜欢的动物。 2.熟练运用动物特点的形容记谈论喜欢某一种动物的原因。 教学难点： 1.表达动物的词义和读音。 2.熟练运用所学知识描述动物并谈论喜欢动物的原因。 四、教学过程设计 老师活动 学生活动 设计意图 Step1 Free talk. Step2 Lead in. 1.Show some pictures , let Ss guess what animals they are,then teach new words: panda,zoo,tger, elephant,koala,lion,giraffe,animal Step2 Learn new words by yourself 1.Present the new words by showing the pictures of animals. 2.Learn new words together. Step3 Section A 1a 1.Read the new words loudly. 2.Look at the picture and match the words with the animals. 3.Check the answers to the class. Step4 Listening section A 1b. 1.Play the tape ,call Ss to listen. 2.Play the tape again ,let them listen to the tape carefully and check the animals you hear in 1a . Step5 Learn words of adj . 1.Show the pictures of cute,fun, lazy,interesting ,smart,beautiful and learn . 2.Point to the picture of pandas and say “They are cute/fun/lazy…” Step6 Learn to make conversations . 1.Show tiger to class and then present. A:Let’s see the pandas first . B:Why do you want to see the tigers? A:Because they are interesting . 2.Teach :want to do something Step7 Groupwork 1.Show pictures for Ss ,let’s them practice with your partner . 2.Ask a few groups to act out their conversations to the class.
