1、“What does he look like?”用来询问相貌特征; “What is he like?”则是用来询问特征。
在英语中,形容一个人的性格特征,常用下列形容词:shy, friendly,serious, funny, smart, foolish, outgoing, easygoing, moody, generous, polite, kind, warm-hearted, (热心肠的), hard-working(努力的),quiet
2、is /has/have,wear在表示任务外貌、穿戴特点时的正确运用。

Ⅱ. Revision
Revise the adj words of appearance description:straight hair, medium build, short hair, curly hair, long hair, blonde hair,brown
Ⅲ. Revise the important words bying asking the Ss
Students close the book ,Say the word as quickly as they can. Teacher can ask several times, So that studentscan grasp well.
Ⅳ. Revise the important sentences bying asking the Ss
1、What does your friend look like?
2、She is of medium build and she has long hair.
3、He is tall. He is heavy. He has curly hair.
4、He is of medium height. He is thin.
5、She has long hair. She is short.
6、She is of a medium build. She has short hair.
7、He has a beard. He wears glasses.
8、 She always wears a red dress and white shoes.
Point out the different using of is/has.
Ⅴ. Reading and repeating
Ss reading these sentences and repeating. In order to prepare for the writing.

1、After reading and repeating, ask some Ss to write sentences on the Bb,the others write on the exercise book..
