江苏城市职业学院五年制（高职） 毕 业 设 计（论 文） 题 目∶ 学 校： 江苏城市职业学院吴中办学点 专业班级： 12级数控设备应用与维护（2） 学生姓名： 学 号： 指导教师姓名： 胡妙妙 指导教师职称： 助理讲师 PAGE PAGE 1 摘 要 本毕业设计是马自达昂克赛拉汽车遥控器的模具设计。在设计过程中，首先在对汽车遥控器模具的性能、塑件的结构工艺性、注射模设计、塑料模制造工艺及装配有一个整体的认识与理解后，再进行设计计算。具体内容包括：塑件材料的分析，注射机的选用，浇注系统、脱模系统、冷却机构、加热机构及抽芯机构等部分设计。本次设计的汽车遥控器主要形状较简单，考虑到其成型因素以及出模的顺利性，对其进行分型面设计。在设计过程中，严格按照模具设计的要求一步一步的进行设计，并用UG软件绘制了模具装配图。 关键词: 汽车遥控器；模具设计；浇注系统 PAGE 1 PAGE 1 Abstract This graduation design is the mold design Mazda angkesaila remote control car.
