Due to the underground environment of coal mine is special, In order to minimize the power supply problems which the damage caused by personnel equipment for coal mine and the influence of the normal, We need set out to coal mine enterprise power supply and power supply coal mine relay protection system through two aspects to ensure the safety of coal mine personnel equipment and normal production activities. Production Coal mine of existing relay protection system is the basic point protection .That is, all protection equipment only base on switch points where there is fault information to complete their protection task. The protection based on communication makes the equipment synthesize own and other switch points and make fault information judgment and action exports. It does not need to rely on delay to implement actions. The power supply of coal mine relay protection system and the normal production of coal mine safety is of great significance. This design includes ensure and control unit, communication cell and PC monitoring unit.
