PAGE PAGE 75 哈尔滨工业大学毕业设计（论文） 摘　　要 信息技术在全球的应用普及，把计算机技术革命、通讯技术革命和数字化革命的成果结合起来，使信息全球性传递和即时共享成为可能，地球文明开始了从物质信息时代向数字化时代的过度，世界正在朝着信息一体化、经济一体化买进，从而导致各个行业产业结构乃至社会管理体系的急速变革。推荐政府部门信息化，电子化，发展电子政务，已成为世界各国政府面临的迫切课题。由于政府既是全社会中信息资源的最大拥有着，有事信息资源和信息技术的最大使用者，因此，信息资源的开发利用就成为政府信息化建设的核心任务，信息资源共享是政府信息化建设的关键。 本文通过对某市劳动力市场的研究，为企业和社会公众简历感知和获取电子政务公共服务平台，以便政府部门更好的服务与民众；其次，提供了信息社会环境，以便政府部门能更好的履行政府职能，市政务工作情况及时发布，让公众了解重大决策等相关信息，掌握社会和经济发展的动态，更好的监督政府工作，促进整个社会文明长度的不断提高。 关键词 劳动力；信息技术；服务平台 Abstract Information technology in the global application popularization, computer technology, communication technology and the digital revolution revolution revolutionary outcomes with the thinking of information, the global transmission and real-time sharing possible, earth civilization begins from the material information age to the digital age is excessive, the world is facing the information integration, the economic integration of buying, resulting in various industries the industrial structure and the rapid change of social management system.
