浅析CBCT在牙体牙髓病诊断治疗中的应用 苏彬 (新疆维吾尔自治区乌鲁木齐口腔医院 新疆 乌鲁木齐830002) 【摘要】目的:探究CBCT在牙体牙髓病诊断治疗中的应用，并分析治疗方 案的疗效。方法：选择我院2013年5月至2014年12月收治的120例牙体牙髓 病患者为研究对象，分为两组，分别是实验组60例，常规组60例。实验组患者 和常规组患者经过同样的诊断手段，实验组患者和常规组患者进行常规的临床检 查，采取传统X线片对根尖片或者是曲面断层片进行检查，之后实验组再釆用 CBCT进行检查和比较分析。分析两组患者的临床特征以及疗效方法。结果：研 究结果显示，在在采取CBCT与X-ray之后评价根折的灵敏度时，得出实验组 的有效检测率是96.67%,常规组患者的有效检测率是25.00%,实验组的结果明 显高于常规组的结果，数据有明显的差异，具有统计学意义，(Plt;0.05)o结论： CBCT在牙体牙髓病诊断治疗中的检测效果比传统X线的检测更加精准和清晰， 有利于提高医护人员对患者的及时诊治，以及提高精确诊治的程度，值得在医学 上进行推广。 【关键词】CBCT；牙体牙髓；应用 【中图分类号】R781.3 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752 (2016) 17-0040-02 An alysis of the applicati on of CBCT in the diag nosis and treatme nt of den tai pulp disease Su Bin.
