建筑设计说明书--范本 2010 届毕业设计 湖南工学院建筑工程教学综合楼 建筑设计 系 、 部： 建 筑 工 程 系 学生姓名： 龚 琼 指导教师： 彭浩明 职称 高级工程师 专 业： 建 筑 工 程 技 术 班 级： 工程0703班 学 号： 101070345 完成时间： 2010年05月18号 摘 要 大学教学综合楼是为满足办公、教学、科研需要而设计建造的，主要用房包括办公室、会议室及大、中、小教室等。该教学综合楼为地上部分六层，现浇整体式框架结构，占地面积约m2，南北长m，东西长m，总建筑面积m2。建筑设计力求适用、美观，布局合理，注重采光、通风、防火等设计措施的处理，立面装饰大方美观，符合主体建筑要求。 ：教学综合楼；框架结构；建筑设计Abstract The design of university teaching building is a buildning at the school to meet the need of handling official, teaching science and so on. It contains handling office , data office , technology office, teaching science office ,big ang small meeting offices and big，equal and small classes. The building block is cast-in-place frame of six stories structure on the base of the area 2000m2, the level isⅡ style of calligraphy, 9000m of length from north to south, long from east to west 102m, total construction area is about 7035.3024 square meters. The tottem of the building is fit for design ,sunshine, wind and firing , And the architecture design in plane is reasonable, the building is well-ventilated, well-lighted and well-transportation, the decorate in the elevation is luxurious and reasonable.
