陕西交通职业技术学院 PAGE 1 陕西交通职业技术学院 毕业设计（论文） 题 目:市政工程施工管理与控制 2013年 5月 20日  摘 要 在市政道路及排水工程施工项目管理中,对工期、质量和成本的控制是市政工程项目管理的基本目标。同时,这三个要素之间也存在互相制约的关系:要提高质量就可能增加成本,要缩短工期也可能会提高成本。进行市政工程项目管理就是要处理好三者之间的关系,使之处于最佳状态。本文主要介绍了关于杨凌示范区博学南路市政工程的施工组织与管理的相关内容，分析了该工程当前施工现场组织与管理的现状和出现问题的原因，并提出了在进度控制方面，质量控制方面，成本控制方面及安全生产方面应该采取的措施和方法；市政单位应该组建一支过硬的项目管理班子,管理人员各负其责,真正把握好工程进度控制、质量控制、成本控制,灵活处理三者间的关系,以达到工期短、质量优、成本低的目标,以获得最大的经济效益和社会效益。从而更好的完善市政工程施工的管理与控制工作。 关键词：施工现场 管理 控制 Abstract In the municipal roads and drainage works construction project management, on the schedule, quality and cost control is a municipal project management basic objectives.
