基于RFB协议的多方媒体交互控制技术研究及其在应急通信指挥系统中的应用 应急通信指挥系统在应对重大突发事件中发挥着至关重要的作用。多媒体视频会议系统能够实现各级指挥部门之间的直接交流，是应急通信指挥系统的重要组成部分和沟通手段。 本课题任务是让应急通信指挥系统中的多媒体视频会议子系统具备多方多媒体交互控制功能，实现与会者之间桌面共享和远程控制。RFB协议是一款用于实现远程控制和桌面共享的优秀协议，本课题结合多媒体视频会议子系统的特点，对RFB协议作了如下四方面的改进，并将改进后的协议应用于视频会议子系统。 一、网络拓扑结构：用以媒体转发服务器为核心的星型网络拓扑结构来代替RFB协议规定的以桌面图像源为核心的星型网络拓扑结构，以解决中心结点网络拥塞问题。 二、远程控制模型：用RFB协议实现远程控制，通信双方角色是固定的，本课题提出并实现了的双向交互控制模型，使得同一个与会者在远程控制中的角色可以在控制方与被控方之间进行切换。 三、桌面图像编解码算法：本课题采用H.264编解码算法代替RFB协议中的压缩编码算法，提高了桌面图像的压缩率，大大节约了传输带宽。 四、桌面图像传输协议：本课题采用面向非连接的RTP/RTCP协议代替RFB协议使用的面向连接的TCP协议传输桌面图像，减小了传输延时。 最后对课题的成果进行了测试，测试结果表明：在多媒体视频会议系统中，实现了与会者之间桌面共享与远程控制且系统运行稳定可靠，达到了课题预期的目标。 RFB协议 双向交互控制模型 RTP/RTCP协议 H.264 网络拓扑结构 As with the rapid development of wireless communication, radio monitor has become more and more important, such as radio monitor in massive exam, electronic warfare in military, etc. This paper is committed to realize the RF equipment for the full band monitor project. The full band RF equipment can complete conversion of 70 MHz intermediate frequency signals and 1.5 MHz~9 GHz full band RF signals. The main content of this paper is proposing the receiver and transmitter scheme according to the target of project, and completing mixer circuit and LO circuit design of the full band transceiver. The full band transceiver is composed of six modules such as LO module, intermediate frequency circuit module，RF circuit module, FPGA module，etc, and control the modules by serial peripheral interface(SPI). The core of this paper is the LO design of the full band transceiver. The target LO should have wideband output, fine frequency resolution, fast hopping ability, excellent phase noise and Spur performance. This paper has analyzed a variety of frequency synthesizer designs, and chosen the DDS+PLL to design the synthesizer because of complexity at last. Then the feasibility of the design is proved by the calculation of the target. It has outstanding advantages of complexity and suppression of Spur in similar products. A
