浅析知识型员工的

摘 要
传统的薪酬体制存在着对知识型员工的激励缺陷,员工激励动力日渐衰弱,于是逐渐出现了全面薪酬的激励趋势。在阅读了大量国内外相关文献的基础上,本文研究运用了定性分析的研究方法,在分析归纳前人研究成果的基础上首先介绍了知识型员工和薪酬管理的内涵,接着介绍了它们的研究现状,从中发现现代企业中知识型员工流失现象普遍严重,具体根源在于企业高层管理者还没有意识到对知识型员工的特殊关注,薪酬管理制度中存在薪酬水平低、没有满足知识型员工的心理需求等问题,本文主要找出知识型员工薪酬管理中存在的问题并提出相应的解决方案,为知识型员工激励问题的研究提供理论与实证分析方法上的借鉴;揭示知识型员工全面薪酬激励的关键构成因素及其特点,为企业知识型员工的激励提供实践性指导。
最后从设计有意义的工作、构建合理薪酬体系、完善培训制度、运用团队激励及建设以人为本的和谐企业文化等方面,提出高新技术企业知识型员工激励措施的对策性建议。

Abstract
The traditional CB (compensation and benefit) system has some deficiency when working on knowledge workers whose motivity is dried up day by day. Under this circumstance, the total reward system is gradually emerging. After widely reading of relevant research materials,by adopting the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method, this dissertation found that in the modern enterprise , the loss of knowledge workers is generally serious. This rooted in specific high-level managers of enterprises have not yet aware of the knowledge-based employees of the special concerns, salary management system in the low wage, knowledge-based employees do not meet the psychological needs. This article will show the deficiencies and shortcomings in the companies pay management system, which would serve as an example in terms of theory and empirical research method in the study of knowledge workers incentive. Point out the key factors of total reward instruction to the knowledge workers incentive and its traits, to give a practical incentive in the company.
The last proposed some measures such as designing meaningful work, building reasonable remuneration system, perfecting the system of training, using team encourage and Building harmonious enterprise culture.
