论科技情报研究新范式 张志强 2013-1-29 11:45:50　　来源：《情报学报》(京)2012年8期 　　【英文标题】New Paradigm for Science and Technology Intelligence Studies　　【作者简介】张志强，男，1964年生，中国科学院国家科学图书馆副馆长，兰州分馆馆长，研究员，博士生导师，主要研究方向：科技战略与科技政策研究、科技情报理论与方法研究，E-mail:zhangzq＠（兰州730000）。　　【内容提要】 科学研究的范式已经进入数据密集型科学范式的大数据时代，正在推动和牵引科技情报研究工作进入知识分析与知识发现服务的新时代，现代科技文献情报机构正在并将深刻演变成为“跨界”的知识创新与科学决策的知识发现与咨询服务机构。为应对这种挑战，科技文献情报机构需要构建适应数据密集型科学范式需求的、立业发展的新型范式。面向发展决策知识服务的业务发展目标和发展方向，着力开展专业型、计算型、战略型、政策型和方法型等“五型融合”的科技情报研究，将成为科技情报研究的新范式和必然要求。本文论证了“五型融合”的科技情报研究的新范式的必然取向和内涵，提出了基于科技情报研究新范式的情报研究影响力模型。　　With science moving into the big data era, scientific and technologic information analysis is driven into the new period of knowledge analysis and knowledge discovery services, and modern libraries and ST information institutes are transforming themselves into the trans-boundary knowledge services organizations for ST knowledge innovation and decision-making. To meet the challenges, modern libraries and ST information institutes need to develop a new paradigm that meets the needs of the data-intensive scientific paradigm. With the goal of carrying out the knowledge services for decision-making, the new paradigm should be the five-type coupled intelligence study paradigm, which consists of Professional, Computing, Strategic, Methodological andPolicy type intelligence studies. Based on the practices of ST intelligence studies and services of the National Science Library of CAS, the connotations of new 5-Type integrated study paradigm are expatiated, and the influence model of intelligence studies based on the new paradigm is proposed in the present paper. 　　【关 键 词】科技情报/情报研究/知识服务/情报研究范式/情报研究影响力模型Intelligence of science and technology/Intelligence studies/Knowledge services/Paradigm of intelligence studies/Influence model of intelligence studies　　1 引言　　科技情报工作是支撑现代科技创新的重要基础工作。科技情报工作和科技情报事业的发展，始终是围绕着“服务”科学决策这条主线展开的。只是在不同的时期，“服务”的目标、重点、内容、方式和组织机制等有所不同。　　现代科技文献情报机构，面对信息技术深刻应用的挑战和社会信息需求方式的深刻变化，必须突破社会和公众对这类机构的传统定位和认识，形成跨界的、新的发展定位和发展模式。现代科技
