The performance evaluation is an effective way to improve the efficiency， and the evaluation results have important guiding significance for the formulation of the innovation subject strategy and the improvement of the problem. Based on the definition of the basic concept of collaborative innovation， the paper systematically studies the connotation， components and operation structure. Meanwhile， the paper researches collaborative innovation performance evaluation system of industry-university-research cooperation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region in terms of the formation mechanism of synergy input and synergy output， connotation and basic composition of collaborative innovation performance evaluation.
