PAGE 1 5 [键入文字] 乌兰察布市马铃薯种植现状与发展对策 ［摘要］马铃薯种植业在乌兰察布市经济发展中占有重要地位，是其经济发展支柱之一。在马铃薯种植的发展过程中，既取得了成就，也呈现出了一系列问题。本文着重分析了乌兰察布市马铃薯种植现状之后，发现了生产资料价格上涨，种植效率低，收益小，积极性低；马铃薯种植科学技术推广力度低；基础设施配套不力，造成不必要的浪费；市场不稳定，政府引导能力不强；种薯储窖建设标准不高等问题。针对以上问题提出了发展马铃薯种植业，要加强政府扶持力度，积极实施惠农政策；加强设施农业建设，提高农业综合生产能力；加大科技推广力度，提高农业科技含量；建立健全政府引导机制，稳定市场；提高马铃薯储藏能力等政策建议。 ［关键词］马铃薯种植，产业化，政府扶持 Potato planting present situation and the development countermeasures of wulanchabu city ABSTRACT: Potato planting in wulanchabu city occupies an important place in the economic development, the economic development is one of the pillars.
