浅谈草木灰在食品加工行业中的应用与展望 Application of Plant Ash in Food Processing Industry and Prospect 邹小龙 ZOU Xiao-long 曰姜川 JIANG Chuan 曰章小洪 ZHANG Xiao-hong (丽水 市质量技术监督检测院,丽水 323000) (Lishui Test and Supervision Institute of Quality of Technology, Lishui 323000, China) 摘要院木文简要介绍了常见几种植物所烧制的草木灰中主要成分，通过对常 规元素检测分析得出：其中含量最多的是钾元素，一般含钾6耀12豫，其中90 豫以上是水溶性，以碳酸盐形式存在；其次是磷，一般含1.5耀3豫；还含有钙、 镁、硅、硫和铁、猛、铜、锌、硼、钳等微量营养元素。在此基础之上，着重阐 述了草木灰在食品加工行业中的应用与前景展望。 Abstract: This paper briefly in troduces the main comp on ents of the plant ash fired from the comm on plants.
