PAGE III 浅谈民营企业员工激励 摘要:随着经济的发展,企业间竞争越来越激烈,而企业与企业间竞争归根到底在于人才的竞争。而企业是否能够留住人才和其员工激励机制有直接关系。员工激励可以调动员工工作的积极性,提高员工的工作效率和企业的竞争力。而当前,我国民营企业在员工激励方面存在诸多问题,如企业对员工的激励手段比较单一,缺乏对员工的培训激励和企业文化激励等,这些都严重影响了企业员工工作的积极性。我国民营企业应加强企业员工激励机制建设,重视员工的物质需求和精神需求,努力为员工创造培训和再教育的机会,完善企业员工激励机制,不断调动员工工作的积极性,发挥其创造性,从而提高企业的综合竞争力。 关键词:民营企业;员工激励;问题;改善对策 Abstract: With economic development, more and more intense competition among enterprises, and between enterprises and enterprises to compete in the final analysis lies in the talent competition.
