附件八　急救箱、醫療箱及衛生防護箱裝置數量、器材及藥品 本附件依第九十八條及第二百三十九條之規定及參考ICAO Annex 6, Part I, Attachment B訂定。 1. 類型 1.1 應配備以下醫藥用品：在所有飛機上配備急救箱，在所有需要有客艙組員之飛機上配備衛生防護箱，載運100名以上乘客及航程長度超過2小時之飛機，配備1個醫療箱。 1.2 航空器使用人應考慮營運之特殊需求，依據風險評估決定是否配備自動外部去纖顫器（AED）。 2. 急救箱及衛生防護箱數量 2.1 急救箱 　　 急救箱之數量應與載客量成正比： 　　 乘客　　　　 急救箱 　　? 0-100　　　　1 　　 101-200　　　2 　　 201-300　　　3 　　 301-400　　　4 　　 401-500　　　5 　　 超過500　　?? 6 2.2 衛生防護箱 　　?? 至少須有一名客艙組員之航空器於營運時，應攜帶一個或二個衛生防護箱，遇有大眾健康風險增加之情況，例如爆發具有大流行可能性之嚴重傳染疾病期間，應提供更多個醫療箱。該醫療箱應可用來清理任何可能有傳染性質之體內物質，如血、尿、嘔吐物及排泄物，並對客艙組員在協助疑似患有傳染病之可能傳染病例時提供保護。 3. 位置 3.1 急救箱及衛生防護箱數量應儘可能均勻地配置在客艙中，使客艙組員易於取用。 3.2 若裝載衛生防護箱，則應將其存放在合適之安全地方。 4. 內裝物品 4.1 以下提供急救箱、衛生防護箱及醫療箱典型內裝物品之指南。 4.1.1 急救箱 內裝物品清單： a) Antiseptic swabs (10/pack) b) Bandage: adhesive strips c) Bandage: gauze 7.5 cm × 4.5 m d) Bandage: triangular; safety pins e) Dressing: burn 10 cm × 10 cm f) Dressing: compress, sterile 7.5 cm × 12 cm g) Dressing: gauze, sterile 10.4 cm × 10.4 cm h) Tape: adhesive 2.5 cm (roll) i) Steri-strips (or equivalent adhesive strip) j) Hand cleanser or cleansing towelettes k) Pad with shield, or tape, for eye l) Scissors: 10 cm m) Tape: Adhesive, surgical 1.2 cm × 4.6 m n) Tweezers: splinter o) Disposable gloves (multiple pairs) p) Thermometers (non-mercury) q) Mouth-to-mouth resuscitation mask with one-way valve r) First-aid manual, current edition s) Incident record form ??????????? 急救箱內建議可放入下列藥品 a) Mild to moderate analgesic b) Antiemetic c) Nasal decongestant d) Antacid e) Antihistamine 4.1.2 衛生防護箱 a) Dry powder that can convert small liquid spill into a sterile granulated gel b) Germicidal disinfectant for surface cleaning c) Skin wipes d) Face/eye mask (separate or combined) e) Gloves (disposable) f) Protective apron g) Large absorbent towel h) Pick-up scoop with scraper i) Bio-hazard disposal waste bag j) Instructions 4.1.3 醫療箱 裝備 a) 內裝物品清單 b) Stethoscope c) Sphygmomanometer (electronic preferred) d) Airways, oropharyngeal (three sizes) e) Syringes (appropriate range of sizes ) f) Needle
